Kyle joined Vonco Products in 2017, excited for its market focus, fast custom development, and deep drive towards a steeper growth trajectory- with a more predictable sales process and consultative sales approach.
Kyle brings over 25 years focusing organizations (and customers) to reach new levels with high performing sales and marketing processes, and value-based consultative selling. His career started at Chicago’s Leo Burnett Advertising learning from and supporting Phillip Morris International’s rapid growth. After moving “client side,” he received an “Excellence” award for executing targeted B2B lead generation and growth campaigns for SPS, a Dean Witter/Morgan Stanley division. Drawn to a paid turnaround with Thatcher Tubes, spending 7 years with this high-end extruder later acquired by Silgan Plastics, he learned the impact of high-value differentiation and developing inside and outside teams of “trusted advisors.” Then, after a successful 7 – year run leading training sales teams n EdTech SaaS space, Kyle returned to packaging as Director of Sales with Technipaq, performance medical sterilizable flexible packing. Kyle graduated from the University of Wisconsin in Madison with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Advertising.
Kyle enjoys spending free time with his family (all girls), and is an avid consumer of sales performance content, music, and boating time. Kyle currently resides in the Fox River Grove, IL area.
