Our capabilities include making a wide variety of shaped poly bags, broom sleeves, tapered mop bags, pouches, covers, sleeves, cook-in bags, and various packaging items made with flexible plastic films. Along with in-house engineering and sample making capabilities, we design and build our own manufacturing machinery and tooling.
Custom shape examples include: tapered sleeves, hour glass, gloves, mitts, boots, circles, round bottom, long, narrow, wide, multi-compartment and other odd shapes. Whatever your packaging challenge is, we have it covered.
Vonco can secure your bags using a metal pin system for automatic fill equipment. Standard and shaped bags can be wicketed with a choice of wicket sizes.
Vonco offers stand up pouches to meet your packaging needs. We will work with your design team to develop the best solution for you. These pouches have a bottom gusset allowing your product to stand up after filling and zipper closures are available.

Vonco can incorporate various headers into your packaging to meet your needs. We produce reinforced and non-reinforced headers. We can also provide rigid headers with a layer of chip board glued between two layers of film.
