Shipping Policy

Shipping

Orders placed before 1pm are shipped within 24 business hours (M-F), and most orders are delivered within 3-7 days just by using UPS ground service. Other services are available, and can be chosen when you proceed through the checkout process.  Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday are processed the next business day. If an item is backordered, you will be notified with an estimated ship date.

Tracking

Vonco is committed to getting your order safely to you as fast as possible and at minimum cost. When your order ships, you will get a UPS tracking number in your shipping confirmation e-mail. This number allows you to easily track your package at http://www.ups.com. In some cases, it may take a day or so for your tracking number to show up in the tracking system. If you don't receive your tracking number within a day after the expected shipping date, please e-mail us at sales@vonco.com. Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Returns

No merchandise is to be returned without first obtaining an authorization from Vonco Products Inc. and a RMA number. Please advise of invoice number, invoice date and reason for your return. There will be 20% restocking charge on all returned products when error is not the fault of Vonco Products Inc.. All returned merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid and must list the RMA number on it.
