Since 1955, Vonco has been the leading manufacturer of shaped flexible packaging. Our capabilities include making a wide variety of shaped poly bags, broom sleeves, tapered mop bags, pouches, covers, sleeves, cook-in bags, and various packaging items made with flexible plastic films. A wide variety of fitment pouches can be produced by Vonco. We have produced products incorporating various fitments ranging from valves, tubes and filling ports. Fitments can be sealed into the edges or in the flat area of the product. Vonco will work with your design team to create the best solution.

Vonco offers pre-opened bags on a roll to run on automatic vertical bagging machinery. Side-load bags on a roll are available for horizontal packaging applications. Banners on a roll and multi pocket bags on a roll are another example of other solutions that Vonco can provide.
